French regulatory authority authorizes BPCE subsidiary to carry out Crypto Assets business
The French financial market regulatory authority, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), has approved French bank BPCE to conduct Crypto Assets business. According to the official notice issued by AMF on December 20th, Hexarq, the Crypto Assets subsidiary of BPCE, has been authorized as an encryption asset service provider (CASP).
