The Crypto analysis company GreeksLive shared noteworthy data today regarding large-scale option contracts that will expire in the Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) markets.

A total of 31,000 BTC options are nearing expiration. The Put/Call ratio for these options stands at 0.71, indicating that there are fewer put options compared to call options. The "maximum loss" point for BTC is $105,000, which represents the price range where options investors are facing the most losses. The total theoretical value of these BTC options that are about to expire is calculated to be $3.18 billion.

At the same time, 241,000 ETH options are also expiring. On the Ethereum side, the Put/Call ratio is 0.63, and the maximum loss point is $2,575. The total value of ETH options is around $590 million.

GreeksLive made the following assessment regarding the general situation in the market:

"The market was volatile for most of the week. Last night’s sharp drop in Tesla shares led to a noticeable pullback in the cryptocurrency market alongside U.S. stocks. This occurred following the public tension between Trump and Elon Musk."

The company also stated that the total positions of the options delivered this week are at approximately 10% of total positions, indicating a recovery after the decline in recent weeks. It was mentioned that there was an increase in block purchases, along with a rise in trading activity across the market.

Finally, GreeksLive argued that institutional investors do not have expectations of sudden increases in major cryptocurrencies in the near term, but rather a more moderate and long-term bullish scenario is emerging.
