Bitcoin in red in the last 24 hours
According to Gate News, as the cryptocurrency market is in red today, the world's number one cryptocurrency by market capitalization, Bitcoin, has slumped by 3.8% in the last 24-hours to $16,978 with a trading volume of 23.38B.
BTC/USD trading pair is currently at a price of $16,978 on the trading chart of the Gate.io platform and down by 3.8% in the past 24 hours. As the price rests at $16,978, market sentiment shows that traders have been skeptical due to the FUD in the market and the stock market that has been in red. At the same time, some investors are buying more BTC and believe BTC will break $17k before the end of the day.
As we approach the weekend, traders will keep an eye on the market to see if it will get back to the one month high of $18,300 it attained this month.
