Luật này sẽ có hiệu lực vào ngày 13 tháng 3 năm 2025, áp dụng cho tất cả các máy ATM Tài sản tiền điện tử hoạt động tại Nebraska. Các nhà điều hành phải đảm bảo người dùng đọc và xác nhận cảnh báo này trước khi thực hiện giao dịch.
