Odaily Planet Daily News reported that in a recent interview with Odaily Planet Daily, Luca Netz, CEO of Pudgy Penguins, responded to the progress of the traditional IP business and team composition of the Pudgy Penguins team, saying: 'Some latest news will be announced recently, including several offline stores in Korea. We just announced a cooperation with Candy Pez not long ago. This is a highly recognizable and widely recognized retail brand (Odaily Planet Daily note: This is an Austrian company specialized in producing Candy and manual Candy dispensers, established in 1927, known as Pez Candy in Chinese). We have been promoting brand cooperation. Last year, the sales volume of Pudgy Penguins toys has exceeded 2 million, with excellent sales. In December 2024 alone, we sold about 400,000 toys, setting a record so far.'
