Golden Finance reported that Bank of America's stock market Reverse indicator yükselis last month, reflecting the high sentiment on Wall Street. Given that the indicator is still in the 'neutral' zone rather than the 'buy' or 'sell' threshold, this means that the extreme pessimism towards the stock market last year helped the rise, but this momentum no longer exists. Savita Subramanian and others stated in a report sent to clients that in July, the so-called Sell-Side Indicator (SSI) pump 30 basis points to 55.6%. This indicator tracks the average recommended level of equity allocation for balanced mutual funds by strategists. The bank's US stock and quantitative strategy director wrote that this indicator is at its highest level since early 2022, but still below average, 'indicating that the optimism has not reached a dangerous level'. Subramanian said that there is limited upside potential for the S&P 500 index in the short term, but there are still opportunities within the index to achieve good returns.
