Q1: Could you please give us an introduction about Zebec?
Subash: Zebec is a continuous Settlement Protocol that will transform payroll, cash Flow, and token vesting by allowing users to send payments and distributions every second.
As an eco, Zebec has 250+ projects building a variety of businesses on top of it. Since the Zebec Hackathon, these companies have raised over 2M$ from the likes of A16Z Partner Fund, Y-Combinator, Shima Capital, and more.
On top of streaming payment on a per second basis we also have a Multisig.
Q2: And can you tell us about the team, what their backgrounds are?
Subash: We have Sam Thapaliya (CEO), Sajjan Thapaliya (COO), Ajay Gautam (CTO) and Subash Gautam (Head of Growth) in the core team. And we have Joe McCan (Microsoft), Joe Regan (Ploygon Capital) and Lily Lui (Solana Foundation) as advisors.
Sam is also the co-founder of ASMI Corp, an AI, and Video Analytics Platform, and has 4 US patents to his name.
Sajjan is the CEO of Selcouth Technology, one of the largest blockchain software development labs in South Asia.
Ajay has been associated with Harmony and ICON Blockchains as a researcher in the past. He is also an ethical hacker recognized by Facebook, Microsoft, Sony & Esty and cofounder of cyber security startups ReconwithMe & Nassec.
Subash is the co-founder of ReconwithMe & Nassec & has published a research paper on “USING BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY TO REDUCE COST AND TIME OF SENDING REMITTANCE” as a part of undergrad thesis.
Q3: Speaking of progress, What has Zebec been able to achieve so far on the product side?
Subash: So far, we’ve been able to make really good progress.
In 7 months since we started Zebec, we’ve been able to bring two product lines to the market and raised $28m in funding.
We’ve also been able to organize two hackathons, where people are building great products on top of Zebec.
And as a community, we’ve grown from a few people to thousands.
Q4: What targets is Zebec looking to achieve in 2022?
Subash: For 2022, more DeFi partnerships and eco integration will be the priority.
By 2022, we also want to launch our own debit card using which Zebec users will be able to directly convert crypto into fiat.
We would also be targeting to acquire thousands of users for our products.

Q1: What is your main focus right now, are you focused on the community or market/Exchange or the products?
Subash: Our focus right now is obviously the product. But we also plan to take everything parallely; community, listings and token price.
Q2: Do you have AUDIT certificates?
Subash: Yeah. We have already done a security audit for our products at two reputed security audit firms in the Solana Blockchain.
Q3: PARTNERSHIP & COLLABORATIONS are the backbone in making every project more widespread. Can you list some of your partners with us?
Subash: Indeed. We’ve already partnered with Visa (for debit card) and Chainlink (for price feed). We’ll be announcing more partnerships in the coming days.
Q4: My question is this is your project only for elite investors. How about other small funds that are open to everyone?
Subash: Our project is for both, enterprise and retail investors.
Q5: There is fierce competition in the finance industry. Obviously, there are other projects that look like you. How will Zebec deal with its rivals? Do you have details to guide users to you?
Subash: There is a fierce competition. We will deal with it by building amazing products.
Q6: Does the name ‘Zebec ‘ have any meanings? What makes you select such a name? Also Can you explain how your Tokenomics Distribution is? How many tokens Will be minted? And How many tokens Will be locked by the team?
Subash: It has. Zebec is derived from the Arabic term ‘xebec’ or ‘shabbak’ signifying a small yet fast
vessel used for trading in the Mediterranean sea from the seventeenth to the
nineteenth century. In the twenty-first century, Zebec sails along with Solana.
