1. Technical Analysis

🔹BTC Weekly: Since BTC has risen from 77000 to the top of 112000, it has entered the consolidation zone of the 2nd wave. Currently, we can clearly see that the 2nd wave has formed a flag-like parallel consolidation. At this stage, the upper trend line will be at 108000, and the lower trend line will be at 107500, continuing to fluctuate within this range. We can only see the trend of BTC turning from bearish to bullish if the weekly price breaks above the 108000 area. Additionally, we need to pay attention to the position of 110000 above (which will be explained later on the daily chart). Overall, it is still in a consolidation range, and we need to be patient. If BTC wants to start the main upward trend, it must get rid of the liquidity for buy orders, whether it is through high-level grinding to let buys take profits or through a downward spike to liquidate.

🔹BTC Daily: So on the daily level of BTC, we also use this parallel channel. If the upper level of 108000 breaks, we need to pay attention to the key level of 110000. Only if BTC stabilizes here can it meet the prerequisite conditions for a main upward wave; otherwise, it will be regarded as a false breakout.

🔹If BTC cannot form an effective breakthrough of 108,000, we need to know the three points to test first: 106,000 (the day trading long-short conversion line for BTC), 104,500 (the strong-weak line on the daily level for BTC), and 103,000 (the strong-weak line on the weekly level for BTC). Remember these three points; based on the market data when BTC approaches these points, you will clearly understand what the liquidity providers want to do.

🔹If the daily line of 103000 BTC breaks, it will definitely go to test the lower boundary again, which is 97500 and our needle point of 93500.

🔹BTC intraday: Let's continue to observe the intraday trend of BTC. I have to say that sometimes the control of lc on price indicators is quite good. Since an intraday channel pattern has formed, we can follow their logic and enter the market based on the depth of the order book data.
