The founder of the Zerebro project admitted to faking their death to exit, marking the first occurrence of a "fake death exit" incident in the encryption community.

PANews, May 7th news, according to the founder of Hey Anon, the founder of Zerebro admitted through private letters to have fabricated a suicide incident, with the aim of completely exiting the public eye and escaping harassment and extortion. He explained that if he publicly left, it would lead to a big dump of his project tokens $ZEREBRO and $OPAIUM, causing user panic dumping, and he might also face more serious personal threats. Currently, he has stopped using all social accounts and plans to anonymously engage in music creation, stating that he has not profited from it, but is only seeking safety and privacy.
