Wintermute is suspected to have profited through arbitrage during the FDUSD de-pegging.
PANews, April 3rd news, according to Lookonchain monitoring, since FDUSD has decoupled due to market panic, Wintermute has transferred 75 million USD FDUSD to First Digital Labs. Analysis indicates that it may have purchased FDUSD at a discount during the decoupling and redeemed it at a 1:1 price, achieving considerable arbitrage profits.
