本次比特币下跌主要有三个原因，一是3月17日由于美联储突发利好引发比特币仓促反弹，造成比特币自身调整不够充分，因此比特币需要再补足功课。二是利空因素袭扰，无论是发达的美元，还是发展中的中国，官方都对比特币表示了担忧。三是世界经济形势和金融政策的不确定性，加剧了主要金融市场的动荡，由于比特币参与主体在逐步从散户转向机构，因此与主流金融市场的联动在加强。但这些都不重要，重要的是本轮牛市是机构牛，跟以往历次都不一样！
