The lawsuit against the influencer Logan Paul's NFT project may be dismissed as the judge states there is insufficient evidence.

[Golden Finance] According to reports, a Texas district court judge has suggested supporting influencer Logan Paul's motion to dismiss the class action lawsuit against his NFT project Crypto Zoo. Judge Ronald Griffin stated that the plaintiffs failed to sufficiently prove the connection between Paul and their financial losses.

Judge Griffin suggested allowing the plaintiffs to amend all 27 counts except for the fraud related to the commodity pool. The class action was filed in February 2023, accusing CryptoZoo of being a "runaway scheme" that failed to fulfill its promises.
