I just went through an exhausting trading competition. I invested 1.6 million on the Cross platform, thinking it would be easy to make the list, but unexpectedly spent 3.5 million just to barely qualify, resulting in an unnecessary expenditure of 1.9 million. Even more frustrating is that on the AIn platform, I successfully made the list with an investment of only 427,000, but due to focusing too much on the large transactions on the Cross platform, I ended up missing the target by 15,000.
This experience can be described as having sweet, sour, bitter, and spicy moments. I invested over 200 dollars on the Cross platform; while on the AIn platform, I only spent 60 dollars. In the end, I received a total of 320 dollars in rewards, barely achieving a break-even point.
Looking back at the whole process, the reason I chose to invest heavily on the Cross platform was due to the fear of being surpassed by other participants. Once surpassed, all previous efforts would be in vain. I originally planned to invest $200 in trading with a reward budget of $330, hoping to earn a profit of $100.
For friends who have successfully made the list, I suggest considering a hedging strategy by shorting perpetual contracts. This way, even if the coin price drops, your profits won't be significantly affected. This competition has given us many insights; we should actively participate while also understanding risk control. While pursuing high returns, we must also learn to protect our investment results.
