One of the most hawkish FED members, Neel Kashkari, announced the month he expects an Interest rate cut!

It is expected that the FED will resume the interest rate rebates that it paused since January as soon as possible.

However, despite the positive data from the FED, it prefers to keep interest rates unchanged due to concerns about tariffs.

At this point, the FED also kept interest rates unchanged in June. As for future interest rate rebates, it remains to be seen in July and September, while the market expects the first interest rate rebate of 2025 to take place in September.

I Expect Two Interest Rate Rebates in 2025, the First in September!

At this point, Minneapolis FED President Neel Kashkari announced that he expects two interest rate rebates in 2025.

Kashkari stated in an article he published today that he expects two interest rate cuts in 2025, the first of which is likely to occur in September.

One of the most hawkish FED members, Neel Kashkari, pointed out that inflation has decreased, stating that this would allow him to cut the policy interest rate twice starting from September.

While discussing the possibility of the first interest rate rebate by the FED taking place in September, he stated that if there are negative effects from the tariffs, the FED may pause its rebate policy if necessary.

"I expect two interest rate rebates in 2025. At this point, the first rebate could be in September.

However, if the FED lowers interest rates in September and the inflationary effects of tariffs emerge later, we may temporarily pause interest rate rebates.

Kashkari stated that the economic data so far shows that the effects of tariffs on prices, activity, or the labor market have remained at a very modest level, and that inflation has made renewed progress towards the Fed's 2% target.

Kashkari is known as one of the Bitcoin (BTC) and cryptocurrency enemy members of the FED. At this point, the FED member describes cryptocurrencies as worthless, fraudulent, and nonsensical.
