ChainCatcher のメッセージ、Telegram は 5 月 13 日に暗号犯罪に関連するアカウントを大規模に禁止し、Huione Guarantee の前身であるダークウェブ市場 Haowang Guarantee が即日から運営を停止することを発表しました。このプラットフォームは以前、Telegram を通じて暗号資産のマネーロンダリング、詐欺ツール、デプスの偽造ソフトウェアなどのサービスを提供しており、累計取引額は 270 億 USD に達し、主に Tether（USDT）を使用して取引を行っていました。
