RedStone partners with Securitize to launch the Solana RWA Oracle Machine, opening a new chapter in Decentralized Finance.
RedStone Launches RWA Oracle Machine Service in the Solana Ecosystem
RedStone recently launched its RWA Oracle Machine service on Solana, marking the first time that real-world assets (RWAs) can be utilized in Solana's DeFi. Through a strategic partnership with Securitize, RedStone's Oracle Machine is now able to provide price information for institutional-grade tokenized assets directly to Solana's DeFi ecosystem, including products from several well-known asset management companies.
This integration will enable Solana developers to access secure and composable price data for traditional and crypto assets, thereby facilitating RWA-based DeFi applications on this high-performance blockchain.
Marcin Kazmierczak, co-founder of RedStone, stated that this launch lays the foundation for introducing RWA into the Solana DeFi ecosystem and realizing its usability. He emphasized that this is not just about tokenization, but more importantly about composability and unlocking application scenarios that integrate traditional finance with on-chain finance.
RedStone's Solana Oracle Machine utilizes Wormhole Queries as a core component of its RWA Oracle Machine verification process. This technical architecture takes full advantage of Solana's performance while meeting the high standards of security and reliability required by institutional users.
The collaboration between RedStone and Securitize's Oracle Machine has brought instant credibility and access to a large number of tokenized assets. Securitize works with several major asset management companies, managing over $3.6 billion in tokenized assets.
Reid Simon, head of credit and DeFi at Securitize, pointed out that the barriers between traditional finance and DeFi are breaking down, and the next stage of development will focus on providing global institutions with tools for seamless cross-chain trading.
The RedStone RWA Oracle Machine solution has been validated in a real market environment. Previously, a vault using RedStone RWA Oracle Machine price data went live on Polygon, making it one of the first real-time DeFi vaults to integrate major real-world assets through the RWA Oracle Machine solution.
In the Solana ecosystem, RedStone has collaborated with the renowned perpetual trading platform Drift for the preliminary integration of RWA Oracle Machine. This cooperation demonstrates the potential of RedStone's Oracle Machine infrastructure to unlock RWA usage for DeFi.
For the DeFi ecosystem of Solana, the integration of RedStone's RWA Oracle Machine could become a catalyst for driving broader institutional adoption. The combination of Solana's technical performance and RedStone's RWA Oracle Machine access to traditional financial instruments is expected to address two key barriers limiting institutional participation in DeFi: scalability and asset diversity.
With the deepening cooperation with Securitize's Oracle Machine and the integration of Drift's Solana Oracle Machine going live, RedStone's RWA Oracle Machine deployment will provide important reference data for the market's demand for RWA-based DeFi products. This implementation of the Solana Oracle Machine will also reveal the technical requirements needed to scale the RWA Oracle Machine solution to an institutional level.
