Abstract generation in progress

According to Mars Finance, U.S. Congressman French Hill stated that the House has enough votes to pass the "GENIUS Stablecoin Act," the "Digital Asset Market Clarification Act," and a bill to limit the Fed's issuance of CBDC. These three bills will establish a regulatory framework for digital assets, including core content such as stablecoin reserve requirements and institutional regulatory division of labor. President Trump previously expressed support for the "GENIUS Act," which requires stablecoin issuers to maintain sufficient reserves and implement annual audits for large issuers. The market structure bill aims to clarify the SEC's and CFTC's regulatory responsibilities over Crypto Assets.
