This proposal intends to use 501,000 DOT (of which 500,000 DOT is used to convert tBTC and 1,000 DOT is used to transaction fees), and the execution method is to use the DCA (regular investment) function of the Hydration protocol to gradually convert 500,000 DOT to tBTC in one year, and inject it into the Hydration Omnipool as liquidity.
