Avery Ching, CEO of Aptos Labs, will testify before the U.S. House Agriculture Committee on Wednesday, June 4, in the hearing "The Future of Digital Assets."

As one of the few Layer 1 founders invited, Ching will present on the utility of the token, real-world applications on Aptos, and the necessity of a clear regulatory framework to drive innovation in America. His testimony will be recorded in the official records.

The House Agriculture Committee plays an important role in shaping market structure policies and regulating digital asset transactions. Aptos hopes to help Congress better understand how blockchain can address practical issues.
