According to the ChainCatcher news, Morgan Stanley's research report predicts that VC funding for encryption is expected to rise this year due to regulatory clarity and a more friendly encryption policy under the presidency of Donald Trump. However, due to increased competition from large financial institutions, high interest rates, and the emergence of ETF products, funding levels may not reach the previous highs. The report pointed out that the new encryption currency projects are avoiding selling a large number of tokens to venture capital firms and are increasingly turning to community-driven platforms to raise funds.
