Golden Finance reported that, according to official sources, Grayscale has indicated that it has submitted Form 19b-4 to the New York Stock Exchange Arca, Inc. (NYSE Arca) to propose the listing and trading of the Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC) as an exchange-traded product (ETP) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), officially initiating the review process, which may take up to 240 days.
