The Golden Finance reported that according to the data from the encryption prediction market platform Polymarket, the odds of Vice President Kamala Harris becoming the Democratic presidential candidate this year rose to 31% on Tuesday, a significant increase from the earlier 7%. Similarly, the 'yes' contract price for Harris on the PredictIt platform also doubled to 35 cents. Although Joe Biden remains the presumptive Democratic nominee, many supporters are calling for him to step aside and hope for Harris to take over. South Carolina Congressman James Clyburn and former congressman Tim Ryan expressed their support for Harris in the media. In addition, Tuesday was the fifth largest volume day in Polymarket's four-year history, with a trading volume of $5.7 million. Meanwhile, the meme coin named KAMA after Harris doubled in price to $0.007815 within 24 hours.
