Odaily Planet Daily News Franklin Templeton's digital asset director, Roger Bayston, said that financial innovators are engaged in a long-term game with the U.S. SEC, and this is fair.


Bayston said at the 2024 Consensus Conference, "Like many regulatory agencies, the U.S. SEC tends to rely on legal precedents. These precedents are often set in court, so this is just a process we are involved in."
