Gate News bot message, A significant liquidation event occurred as trader @qwatio experienced substantial losses within 48 hours of opening short positions. The liquidation encompassed 458 BTC (valued at $55 million), 12,147 ETH ($36.55 million), and 5.4 million FARTCOIN ($7.33 million).
The trader's wallet, identified as 0x916E, has accumulated total losses of approximately $22 million. This event followed a previous trading activity where @qwatio deployed 10 million USDC after an initial loss of 16.28 million USDC, establishing leveraged short positions of 1,273 BTC at 40x leverage and 33,743 ETH at 25x leverage.
