Jin10 News on July 7th, a survey released by Deloitte on Monday shows that the attractiveness of the United States as an investment destination has significantly declined in the eyes of UK business executives, who are now more optimistic about opportunities in domestic and surrounding markets. Deloitte's survey of CFOs from large UK companies reveals that only +2% of respondents consider the US an attractive investment destination, a substantial drop from +59% at the end of 2024 (shortly before Trump took office). In contrast, Deloitte notes that UK business executives' interest in their domestic market has noticeably increased, with the net attractiveness value for investment in the UK rising from -12% to +13%, ranking it alongside India as the most attractive investment destination.
