Australia's ASIC appeals the regulatory ruling on Block Earner's encryption yield products.

According to the Gate News bot, Cointelegraph reported that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has submitted a leave to appeal to the High Court of Australia. This appeal is against the Federal Court's prior ruling regarding the crypto assets yield product of the fintech company Block Earner. The Federal Court previously ruled that this product does not fall under the categories of financial products, managed investment schemes, or derivation as defined by the Corporations Act. ASIC is seeking to clarify the definition of "financial products" in its appeal and to determine the regulatory applicability conditions for yield products and asset conversion activities.
