Abstract generation in progress

According to a report by Jinse Finance, Jurrien Timmer, the global macro director of Fidelity Investments, analyzed the dynamics between Bitcoin and gold, pointing out that Bitcoin could soon surpass gold's dominance. Based on the changes in the Sharpe ratio that measures the risk-adjusted returns of these two assets, gold and Bitcoin show a negative correlation with each other. Bitcoin has a Sharpe ratio of -0.40, while gold stands at 1.33, which indicates that Bitcoin may lead the market next, and we will see the baton being passed from gold to Bitcoin. Jurrien Timmer suggests to investors that an initial investment portfolio should consist of four parts gold to one part Bitcoin, as gold's fluctuation is only a quarter of that of Bitcoin, despite their similar Sharpe ratios.
