6月5日、ロンドン控訴裁判所で、複数の取引所がBSVを上場廃止にした訴訟の聴聞会が開かれた。BSV Claims Ltdは、増加の機会を逸してしまったとして、被告6名に対し、BSVホルダーに90億ドルの賠償金を支払うよう求めている。一方、被告側はBSVトークンのホルダーがロックされていないため、いつでも売却して他の暗号資産を購入できると主張し、そのため賠償する必要はないと主張している。この訴訟の期限は3日間となっている。
