SECは、Dragonchainに対する未登録の証券募集に対する訴訟を棄却しました
Gate.io News botのメッセージによると、Cointelegraphが報じたところによれば、アメリカの証券取引委員会（SEC）はシアトル連邦裁判所に共同声明を提出し、ブロックチェーン企業Dragonchainおよびその創設者ジョセフ・ローツ（Joseph Roets）に対する未登録証券発行訴訟を終了することを発表しました。
SECは声明で、この決定がその暗号資産特別作業部会の規制枠組み策定に関する最新の進展に関連していることを指摘した。以前、SECはDragonchainが2017年にICOを通じて1650万ドルを調達した行為について訴訟を提起した。
