10月16日、香港特別行政区行政長官リー家超は、住居所有者計画（HOS）ユニットを申請する40歳以下の若者家族および個人申請者に1つの追加の抽選番号を割り当てることを発表しました。また、次のHOS第2次市場計画から、1500の割り当てを増やし、すべて40歳以下の若者家族および個人申請者に割り当てます。
