Odailyニュース Metaplanet の CEO Simon Gerovich は、Sora Ventures、KCGI などの機関で構成されるコンソーシアムを組織し、韓国のシステムインテグレーター SGA の株式を公募増資の形で買収し、アジアのビットコイン準備戦略をさらに推進します。 規制の承認に基づき、SGAはこの財団に5800万株以上の普通株を増発し、約345億ウォン（約2500万ドル）を調達します。新株は9月24日に上場される予定です。取引完了後、Asia Strategy Partners LLCはSGAの最大株主となり、SGAの経営陣は変わらず、新しい投資家に権限が移転され、新株には1年のロックアップ期間が設けられます。（Decrypt）
