PANews 7月8日の報道によると、Bitcoin Magazineは、ドイツ上場企業Nakiki SE（ISIN: DE000WNDL300）がビットコインを単一の財庫備蓄資産として全面的に採用することを発表し、MicroStrategyのビジネスモデルを模倣するドイツ初の上場企業になることを目指していると伝えています。会社は2025年下半期の株主総会で名称変更と会社定款の改訂を提案する予定で、現在投資家と協議し、ビットコインの配分に必要な資金を調達するために株式の増発を検討しています。
