Gate.io News botのメッセージによると、Wuによると、Heliumプロジェクトの背後にいる開発チームNova Labsは、米国証券取引委員会（SEC）からの最新の決定を受け取りました。SECは、Nova Labsによる未登録の証券の販売に関する以前の告発を却下しました。SECは、Heliumネットワークを通じて発行されたHNT、IOT、MOBILEトークン、およびそれに対応するホットスポットデバイスは、いずれも証券に該当しないことを確認しました。
