Ethereum (ETH) is currently attracting attention with its market trends. As an important player in the encryption currency field, the movements of ETH often resonate with investors' nerves. However, we need to remain calm, as the rise of Bit has not yet completely ended. Only when Bit reaches a high point and enters a sideways consolidation phase, could ETH welcome a true opportunity for an upward trend.

From a technical perspective, a significant long lower shadow has appeared on the hourly chart of ETH. This candlestick pattern is often regarded as a positive signal, indicating that there is strong buying support at low levels and the market is unwilling to continue declining. In such situations, investors may consider entering the market after the candlestick closes, setting the lowest point as the stop-loss level. If ETH demonstrates sufficient strength, this could be a good short-term trading opportunity.

Currently, the key price level for ETH is around $2451. If it can break through this level, it may attract more buying interest. Conversely, if the price falls below $2443, it could trigger further declines. Investors should closely monitor changes in trading volume and always set reasonable stop-losses.

From a longer-term perspective, ETH needs to break through the upper boundary of the range at $2520 to continue climbing upwards. If it successfully stabilizes above $2520, the next target could be $2600 or even higher. However, if it cannot break through this range, ETH may continue to oscillate and consolidate within the current range.

It is worth noting that the boundaries between the cryptocurrency market and traditional financial markets are gradually becoming blurred. Recently, tokenized products related to the US stock market have emerged, as well as innovative products such as Solana staking ETFs, which may have an indirect impact on the price trend of ETH.

Overall, the market outlook for ETH remains fraught with uncertainty. Investors need to stay vigilant, closely monitor market trends, and develop appropriate investment strategies based on their own risk tolerance. Regardless of how the market changes, sound risk management is always key to successful investing.

Refer to the White Paper Chapter 4 Risk Assessment Matrix, 2451 is indeed a key resistance level.
